The Mac recorder now shows your script while you record, leaves the system pointer out so your cursor settings apply cleanly, and zooms in on the text you type.
Read your script while you record
Turn on Teleprompter in the recorder and write your script. When recording starts, the Mac app shows it in a floating pad near the top of the screen you are recording, and the pad stays out of the video. You can play, pause, or go back to the top, choose 1x, 2x, or 3x speed, and change the text size and how see-through the pad is. Pausing the recording pauses the script, and you can drag the text to scroll by hand.
One pointer, drawn by Klipeo
Recordings you start from Klipeo's recorder leave out the macOS pointer, and Show cursor turns on for them. The Cursor tab's size, style, smoothing, and click effects now shape the only pointer in the video. Older recordings, and recordings started from the menu bar, keep the pointer they already have.
Zooms follow your typing
With Auto zoom on and Accessibility allowed, the recorder notes where the text cursor is as you type. Typing zooms then aim at the words you are writing instead of wherever the mouse is resting. Only that position is saved, never what you type.
