Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use them to identify your account and never sell them.

Your content: video, audio, images, and project data you upload or create are stored so the editor can function. Uploaded media is stored in our cloud storage; project data is stored in our database.

Usage data: basic technical logs (errors, request metadata) used to keep the service reliable.

Features like transcription, captions, and generation send the relevant media to our AI processing providers (such as fal.ai and Google) solely to produce the result you requested. We do not use your content to train models.

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run Klipeo (hosting, storage, AI processing, authentication) under their respective data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Your projects and media persist while your account is active. Contact us to delete your account and associated data; renders and uploads are removed from storage as part of deletion.
