Frequently asked questions

Do I need points (credits) to edit?

No. Your plan unlocks the entire editor: every manual and agentic feature, unlimited editing, color, audio, collaboration, and frame-accurate export, with zero per-action metering. Points are an optional top-up that only fuel AI generation. You never have to buy a single point to edit.

What exactly are points, and how are they priced?

Points are generation fuel, priced flat at 1 USD for 100 points. Before any generation runs, we show the estimated point cost up front. Points are bought separately so they can never block your editing work.

What happens when I run out of points?

Nothing happens to your editor. It keeps working completely. You only lose the ability to run new AI generations until you top up. Editing, color, audio, collaboration, and export are never gated by points.

How is this different from credit-gated tools like Runway or Higgsfield?

Those tools gate the product behind credits: you pay, then every action burns credits, and when credits run out the tool effectively stops. Klipeo inverts that. Your plan buys the whole editor outright, and the only thing points ever touch is optional generation.

Are the plans different editors?

No. Every plan grants the exact same full editor with every feature unlocked. They differ only in access length (3 months, monthly, annual, or forever) and in bonus points. There is no feature locked behind a higher tier.

What is included in Lifetime?

One payment for the complete editor forever, with no subscription, no renewal, and no expiry, plus 10,000 bonus generation points and all future editor updates. It pays back versus Monthly in about six months, then it is free for life.

What is the difference between Monthly and Annual?

Same plan, different billing. Annual bills twelve months up front at 25% off the monthly rate. Monthly bills month to month and can be cancelled anytime.

Can I cancel the Monthly plan?

Anytime, with no contract and no lock-in. Your projects remain yours, and you can export the raw project files whenever you like.

Do you train AI on my footage, face, or voice?

Never. Your media is yours. Your face and voice are never used to train our models, and you can export the raw project at any time.

What currency will I be charged in?

Prices default to your region's currency, and you can switch currency from the converter at the top of the page. The plan structure is identical everywhere; only the displayed currency changes.

Which AI models power generation?

Video comes from Veo 3.1, images from Nano Banana and Nano Banana Pro, and music from Lyria. The Vibe agent picks between them per shot, and you can pin the image model in settings. Generation is metered in credits at what the model costs plus a small margin, so nothing is locked behind a plan.

Do you offer refunds?

If a plan is not right for you, contact support within the refund window stated at checkout and we will make it right. Because the editor is never credit-gated, you can fully evaluate every feature before deciding.
