Use Klipeo from Your Agent
Connect Claude Code, Codex, or any MCP client to Klipeo and edit your timeline from its chat.
Claude Code and Codex can edit your Klipeo timeline from their own chat. Install the Klipeo plugin once, sign in, and ask for an edit. The changes land on your real timeline, and if the composition is open in Klipeo you watch them arrive.

Connect your agent
claude plugin marketplace add NiladriHazra/Klipeo@dev
claude plugin install klipeo@klipeo
claude mcp login klipeoThe last command opens Klipeo's consent screen in your browser. Approve it, then start a new Claude Code session so it loads the Klipeo skill.
Or let the agent install it
Paste this into a Codex thread and it installs the plugin, signs in, and checks the connection without changing your timeline:
Install or update the official Klipeo live-timeline plugin from https://github.com/NiladriHazra/Klipeo on its dev branch, sign in to its MCP server, then inspect my currently open composition, summarize its timeline, and wait for my editing instruction. You still approve the consent screen yourself.
Try a first prompt
Look at my open Klipeo composition, cut the silences longer than half a second, and add captions.Which composition it edits
Edits go to your most recent composition. To pick another, the client sends its id
in an x-klipeo-composition-id header. Open that composition in Klipeo to watch the
edits stream in.
If your agent can't see Klipeo
- Run the login command again. The consent screen has to finish in the browser.
- Start a new session in the agent, so it reloads its plugins.
- Make sure you signed in with the same Klipeo account you edit with.
Treat the sign-in like a password
A connected agent can edit your compositions as you. Connect only agents you trust, and revoke API keys you no longer use.
