Social calendar and automation

Review videos, schedule connected channels, and read their analytics.

Open Social in the sidebar for Automation, Content Calendar, and Analytics. Social publishing requires an active paid plan.

Connect accounts

Open Settings > Social accounts and choose a network. Your paid plan includes one connected account with analytics. You can add up to three extra accounts at $5 per account per month, for four accounts total and at most $15 per month in extra-account charges. Checkout appears when add-on billing is configured.

Complete the network's connection flow, then refresh connected accounts. Telegram uses a code sent to its bot. Bluesky uses an app password. Connections must be verified for your account before you can select them for a post.

Review and schedule a video

In Content Calendar, click a day, or press Tab to a day and press Enter, to start a post on that day. New post in the toolbar starts one for tomorrow. Choose where the video comes from: upload a file, paste a video link, use a finished render, or generate a video. This is the Video stage. You can change the posting day here; it must be today or later. You can also drop a video file or link straight onto a day.

In the Details stage, choose your connected channels and write the public caption. Save for review keeps the post as a draft to approve later from its details. Approve and schedule approves it now and schedules it for the date, time, and timezone you choose. Click a post in the calendar to open its details. Use the view menu to switch between Month and Week. On a phone, the calendar lists the days that have posts, plus today, and each day has an add button.

Choose Generate a video to make one video from your instructions. Keep Start fresh, or choose a saved video as an optional starting point. Select a brand kit, channels, public caption, publication time, and timezone. Klipeo uses an owned blank canvas or a copy of the selected video, generates and renders it, then creates a review draft. Generation requires AI credits and running workers. Automatic publishing requires an explicit selection. You can check progress in the dialog and open the resulting post when it is ready.

A line above the grid counts the posts in the visible month or week by state. The calendar distinguishes drafts, approved posts, scheduled posts, provider submission, and confirmed publication. A submitted post is not proof that every network has published it. Read failures beside the post and reconnect unavailable accounts before retrying.

Cancel a future post from its details. Cancelling means the provider request is still pending; Cancelled means cancellation has been confirmed. A post already being published may need action on the destination network.

Schedules farther in the future wait securely in Klipeo. Near publication, Klipeo submits the schedule to the publishing provider with a fresh private video link.

The dev environment checks for due work once per minute. Generation, rendering, and the destination network's publishing time are separate from that pickup interval.

Automate recurring video production

The Automation tab draws each automation as connected steps on a canvas: Source and Brand and style feed Video production, which flows through Review to Publish. Select a step to edit it in the settings panel. Drag the grid to pan, hold Ctrl or ⌘ and scroll (or pinch) to zoom, and press Fit to view to reset the view. On narrow screens, pan to reach steps beyond the edge. A How this works card on the canvas lists these gestures; close it with ✕ or bring it back with the help button. You can drag a step to move it for the current visit; the order and wiring are fixed.

Create an automation with your research topic or article instructions and an optional brand kit. Keep Start fresh to make new videos from those instructions, or choose a saved video as a starting point. Choose generation weekdays, a local time, and a timezone. Set the delay between generation and publication separately.

Background generation chooses missing visual details from your instructions and saved brand. Include the verified product facts you want it to use. If generation still requests input or approval, Klipeo cancels that generation and shows a direction message. Supply the missing facts or style direction when trying again. Klipeo does not answer or approve questions on your behalf.

The public caption is a separate field from your private generation instructions. Each occurrence edits its own canvas, renders it, and creates a review draft. Require review is the default. Enable automatic publishing only when you want completed videos to use the chosen channels without another review.

If generation misses its publication time, the result remains a review draft. Pausing an automation stops future occurrences; an in-flight generation can still produce a draft. Generation requires available AI credits and running workers.

Read analytics

Choose a connected account and a date range in Analytics. The cards show published and scheduled post counts and the totals of the metrics the network reported. The area chart plots one metric per published post over time; choose the metric from its menu. Each point is that post's latest reported figure, not a daily change, and a post that did not report the metric leaves a gap. A second chart compares the totals of each counted metric. The Posts table lists the same numbers. The timestamp shows when the provider data was fetched. Refreshes are cached and bounded; repeatedly pressing refresh does not force unlimited provider requests.

A stale result is marked as stale when a temporary provider problem prevents a refresh. Reconnect an unavailable account or retry after the displayed error. Unavailable metrics remain unknown rather than being estimated.
